Elegant Metropolitan Dwelling
Regents Park in Atlanta, Georgia celebrates in-town living with a sophisticated, English-inspired approach to design. From the inception of the development of Regents Park, the goal was to establish an elegant alternative for metropolitan dwellers. Made up of 23 homes (14 luxurious town homes and 9 luxurious flats), the community features time-honored style and modern-day conveniences. Boasting the grandeur of estate living, each unit’s low-maintenance qualities makes it easy for homeowners to slip away for a long weekend or extended vacations without a worry. Completed in 2008, Regents Park was selected by Southern Accents magazine for its Show Home.
Style, Grace, and Space
Metropolitan living often conjures up images of high-rise condominiums with sleek glass towers, but Regents Park at Peachtree Battle offers all the luxurious comforts of home in Atlanta’s exclusive Buckhead neighborhood.Since its conception, Regents Park was designed to create an enclave that offers the no-fuss living many homeowners seek with all the style and grace of a family residence. It’s a unique genre of architecture for Atlanta — neither high-rise living nor a single-family home. Instead, it offers the best of both worlds in an metropolitan environment. Much of Regents Park’s grandness comes from a sense of space. The one-level flats measure approximately 4,100 to 4,600 square feet and the largest townhomes boast more than 7,000 square feet of space.
Regency Architecture Re-envisioned
Regents Park in London was the inspiration for the design and architecture of this project - the scale as well as the detailing. Ultimately, the goal was to create the best of an elegant English town house. This project has all of the ‘old bones’ of Regency architecture, but we gave it new life with different kinds of interior details. The two facing rows of residences feature facades of stone and brick, with details such as cornices, ironwork punctuating a historical reference and gas lanterns with a turn-of-the-century feel. Within each unit, beautiful architectural details complement each homeowner’s personal customization of exquisite materials and selections.
Underground Parking and Private Elevators
One amenity that sets the development apart is the underground parking that houses a garage for each unit. Each flat has a private elevator that transports its homeowners into their unit from the garage or street level, while each townhouse has its own residential elevator.
Your Sanctuary Inside and Out
All homes have terraces or small patio spaces to enjoy outdoor living as an extension of the home.Other features include a private one-acre park with seating to enjoy nature and a space to walk pets that is maintained with professional landscaping. Regents Park is gated and has 24-hour contracted guard services and a traffic light to cross or exit Peachtree Rd. safely. It is maintained by CMA property management company and offers weekday porter services. Mail is delivered in a secure garage and trash and recycling is picked up underground weekly. Package deliveries are made directly to your front door or placed in the elevator of the flat units, which share a common lobby area.
Exclusively Buckhead
Along with its numerous onsite perks, Regents Park is located directly across from the shops, restaurants and Publix grocery store of Buckhead's Peachtree Battle Shopping Center. It is also within walking distance of the Tanyard Creek Park section of the Atlanta BeltLine. Other nearby amenities include Piedmont Hospital, numerous houses of worship, the Peachtree Road Farmers’ Market open seasonally on Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, as well as the nine-acre development known as The Shops Buckhead Atlanta filled with upscale restaurants, shopping and more. Regents Park’s location exemplifies the kind of metropolitan density that makes cities like Paris and neighborhoods like New York’s Upper East Side so exciting and accessible.
